He has launched and led multiple 7 and 8-figure high-service-level businesses, helping thousands of customers, and hundreds of team members to transform their lives, personally and professionally with positive change…

Since 2015 he has been helping other business leaders to solve problems and overcome underperformance with clarity and confidence - achieving rapid 6 and even 7-figure gains - to make their businesses quickly more successful, more valuable, and much easier to run.

Tim and his wife, Liz, have been married for 30 years and have two adult sons: T.J. (28), and Jake (22). They reside in Baltimore, MD.


Anthony Diekemper

Tony Diekemper brings over 30 years of experience in growing and transforming organizations across a variety of industries, serving in executive roles for both large companies and startups.

Known for his ability to connect with people and inspire high-performing teams, Tony is passionate about unlocking the potential of organizations by developing the capabilities of the individuals within them.

As an executive, Tony has consistently driven transformational growth and organizational maturity. At Allegis Group, one of the largest staffing firms in the world, he played a key leadership role in dramatically scaling revenues and building operational discipline to support expansion.

Later, at Skyline Technology Solutions, he guided the company through its transition from an entrepreneurial “go-go” phase into a more structured, mature operation while significantly growing revenues and expanding service offerings. As CEO of Rampart Communications, Tony again applied his expertise in scaling young companies, implementing management systems and cultural practices that enabled growth while positioning the organization for long-term success.

Tony also leads Diekemper Consulting and Training (DCT), where he helps organizations implement management and leadership systems when they lack the internal resources to build their own corporate development programs.

Tony and his wife, Kellie, have been married for 35 years and have four adult children: Noah (30), Emily (28), Ashley (26), and Sydney (22). They reside in Severna Park, MD.
